Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?
Most orders arrive in 5–7 business days. Larger items can take up to 10 days. You'll get a tracking link the moment your order ships.

Where do you ship from?
We ship from US-based fulfillment partners to keep delivery fast and customs hassle-free.

Where do you ship to?
United States, Canada, the UK, Australia, and most of the EU.

How much is shipping?
Free on orders over $50. Flat $4.95 under that.

Orders & Returns

What's your return policy?
30 days from delivery. If your dog doesn't love it, we'll refund you in full. No restocking fees.

How do I return an item?
Email hello@loyalbarn.com with your order number. We'll send a prepaid return label.

What if my order arrives damaged?
Email us within 14 days with a photo. We'll replace it free.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, if you email us within 12 hours of ordering. Once it ships, we can't change it.

Products

Are your products safe?
Yes. Every product is tested for pet safety — non-toxic materials, no harsh chemicals, no shortcuts.

Are products tested on animals?
Only our own dogs, and only in the “did they actually like it” sense.

Do you carry products for cats?
Some of our calming and grooming gear works for cats. Look for the dual-pet badge on each product.
